we were thinking of starting out with a 150 pt contract s owe could go to Beach club every other year in a one bedroom suite. But if we wanted to go yearly we would need about 110 pts more. So we thought about adding on if we want to start going yearly. I know getting the same use year is important so is it easier to add on from disney or resale when and if we decide to add on ?

it's easier to add on from disney.

it's almost always cheaper to add-on by resale if it's over 100 pts (BCV may be an exception).

(OTOH, for small add-ons (25-50 pts), closing costs typically make it more expensive to add-on by resale.)
