Add-on Use Year

Hi...sorry if this has already been answered in another post, but I did a search to no avail. We currently own a 160pt. contract at AKV with a use year of Dec. We are considering buying a re-sale add-on, and I'm wondering if when you buy a re-sale, will they put the new contract to have the same use year as your original, or will you be stuck with 2 different use years for the same resort. Sorry if this is a bit confusing.

If you purchase directly from Disney, you will automatically get the same use year as your Master (original) contract for your add on contract.

If you purchase resale, the use year will be whatever it is. You get the exact same contract that the seller purchased. If getting the same use year is important to you (and it is easier to manage your points if it is), then you must wait for a contract to be offered that has the same use year as your Master.
