Add on tool changes?

Since the update, i noticed a few resorts are no longer on the add on tool options.

I noticed these gone now:
Brv
Hhi
Vb
Vgc

Any ideas why?

This is my theory for why these resorts are not listed anymore:
Push wl people to ccv
Push beach people to aul
Push dl people to vdh

These 4 resorts are also the smallest:
At wdw
At dl
Both beach resorts are smaller than aul

Plus 3 out of the 4 are 2042s.

VGC is because they don't have any points. It is small resort and the resale price is still high so many people buy add ons direct when they are available.

The other are all 2042 resorts and most people avoid buying them direct. I wonder if they are going to have some sort of flash sale on them soon if they have had foreclosures and forfeitures building up.

If BWV wasn’t ridiculously priced I would consider adding on direct. For the same $12k it would cost for 50 BWV direct (16yrs left), I got 100 BLT resale (34yrs left). It’s just too much to even think about, unfortunately.

You really have to get the lower pricing on bigger contracts to make sense vs renting.

But… those BLT points won’t get you a Value or Boardwalk view Studio/2Bd/GV…..

DVD doesn't have any points for VGC. And when they do, they have a waitlist. DVC is only the back wing at the hotel. There are 48 units overall, 2 grand villas, 23 studios and 23 1-bedrooms, which are all lockoffs and can be arranged into 2- bedrooms. It's a very small (but lovely) DVC area, but the set-up is kinda wonky compared to everything in Florida. It's nearly all modular arrangements.

Maybe there's no formal waitlist, but if you ask your guide ( a couple of times so they know you're serious) they'll likely keep any eye out for you if some are ROFR--and a LOT have been ROFRed recently.

Yes it is small with 48 units but it maxes out as 71 units (still small) if everything is booked separately. 23 2 bedroom dedicated, 23 2 bedroom lock-offs (makes 46 rooms if all are split between studios and 1 bedrooms) and 2 Grand Villas.

With the exception of VGC we haven’t seen any ROFR activity on these for quite a while. I wonder how low would pass ROFR since there is only 16 years left for Feb, Mar and April use years and 17 for the others. Remember there are no points in 2042 issued.

I was lucky enough to get VGC direct a few months back. I just kept letting my guide know I wanted it. Took a while, however to be available.
