Add on through Disney down amount approx and closing cost ?

How much approx. do I need down for 150 points for add on.. I know it depends on where etc. but is it still 10% and how much are closing cost since I think you now have to pay the closing??? Thanks in advance!

I looked at pricing and I think it is still 10% down unless you use their special at AKL... but I have no idea what the closing cost are???? Can you add these cost into the total financed or does it have to be paid cash up front like the down payment???

We've had a couple of direct add-ons but they were only 50 points each. I can't recall how much closing costs were ( I was thinking in the $100 or so range). I DO believe you can finance them.

If you are talking about closing costs through Disney they are minimal. Don't know for sure but for 150 point add on I would venture a guess that it would be under $100. Resale would run you $425 to $450 in closing costs. I believe Disney will roll closing into the price.

Thanks for you help. We are adding on soon and I would like to know what to expect. Your numbers look close to what I was expecting. I will call my guide soon and get this going! We bought in 2005 and added on points in 2007 but we have not added on since then...so addontis is hitting us!
