Add on question regarding owners

I just added my adult kids to my deeds....so if I do another add on do I need their signatures?

If you want that add on to be under the same membership, then yes. They will have to sign if they are on the new contract(s).

If you don't have them sign, it will be a separate membership number.

FYI, signing may be easier as they’ve switched to electronic signatures for most documents. They email you a link where you sign them. Each person will get their own link. We were told there would be one document we’d have to print out, sign and have notarized, but apparently it wasn’t necessary for our state.

oh that's great....but we are in 3 different states and I doubt NY is easy....guess I'll find out next year. Thanks for that info!
