Add on points discount

I have heard several times that there is a discount for adding on points after you're a member, but I can't seem to find how much that discount is. (People have told me miniscule, but not the actual number) Does it differ by member and/or resort or change all of the time? Just trying to see if the discount is better for becoming a direct member first with incentives or adding on later!

Just shared in the other thread, but here are the current pricing sheets for members and non members for Riviera. They are typically a few dollars difference per point and vary with each incentive cycle. Each resort has its own pricing, too.

Also, as a current member they often run sales on "sold out" resorts that can be fairly aggressive, too.
