Add-on-itis...

So we just went to settlement last month on our initial purchase at OKW - and our guide told me that points are going up at BLT at the beginning of December, and now I have an itch to do an add on at BLT - is this normal?

Also, on another note, how long did it take you to get your final docs? Membership cards, deed, etc? We still haven't gotten ours.....

We made an offer on our 1st resale contract end of June, passed ROFR about 2-3 weeks later and points were officially in the DVC system about mid-August (6 weeks total)... however we just rec'd the deed a few weeks ago. This was our 1st add-on so we already had our membership card. Hope this makes sense?

In regards to adding on, you will always want more! It's not a matter of if, it's a matter of when we will do it again

We definitely have it. Bought AKV in 2007. Within 6 months had added on twice. And we just added a small 50 pt contract at BWV! The plan is for more BWV points in 2013. So it never goes away! (added BWV to my signature)

Yep. Bought SSR in Mar 2008. Frist stay was in Nov 2008. During that stay we added on at BLT.

Two weeks ago we sold SSR. We replaced the SSR pts with BLT and then added on some more!

We closed on a SSR resale early Sept, it was a bit into the mid 3rd week when Disney waived and then the points appeared in our contract around the latter part of five weeks. The 2010 books arrived a week after that and we're still waiting on the rest of the documents
