Add on GCV price?

We own at OKW but I am seriously considering adding on at GCV since we live in Seattle now and I would want to go to DL every 2-3 years for a quick trip. So, I am thinking this could be a good add-on.

I have been out of the loop moving, so can someone please share the price for under 50 points, under 100 points and 100 points and the incentives?
