Can I purchase just 25 direct points to add on to my current contract, or is the new minimum higher? If so, can I buy anywhere?

CCV and RIV are 50. The older resorts may still allow 25 If paying cash.

To be safe, I'll add the reminder that if you add-on points at a new home resort, you cannot combine points until the 7 month window.

I'm looking to add 25-30 at an Epcot resort for a specific reason, but don't want to wait forever to find a resale. Just doing my research right now! Thank you both; I may just reach out to a DVC guide and see what info I can get.
