is this because they give you 100 extra points for the current year and the following eyar to match you contracted points?
Interested in the add ons even at $ 92.00 PER point but not yet sure to make the additional leap.
Also note that if you rent out your points or a portion of them - this activity can be claimed as a "business" and all of the tax benefits that come with it - as long as you actively seek renters you can lump most if not all of your annual costs (maintenance points and taxes) as write off's on your taxes in addition this gives you a "reason" to show up for the Condiminium meetings and that whole trip can be written off! along with any points trading services like (Red points, ICE Gallery or II membership)
Every little advantage is a help and you only need to make a "profit" every three years! as long as you "Actively seek rental clients" you are not considered a hobbist - does not mean you will end up renting to clients each year - but in the years you do 200 points sells for about 2K (200 X $10 a point) and for me that covers almost two years of my maintenance fee's : > )
