Add a person to a reservation

Can I add a person to a reservation online - or do I have to call Member services? My son asked a friend to come along on our trip in 2 weeks and I thought I'd try to add him before our magic bands are sent.

I have been trying to add several persons via email and can't get a reply from DVC. The email does not seem to be working.

I've had no trouble getting it done but sometimes it takes 3-4 working days.

I added someone using DVC email.
It was done very quickly and a new email was sent with his name on it also
