Add a day or HHN or not?

I'll be at Cabana Bay (I'll be solo) Oct 28-Oct 31. Oct 28 arrive at hotel apx 3:30 ish; not planning on hitting a park that day if not necessary. Oct 29 & 30 (I have 2 day P2P) but both nights are HHN, so US side closes a bit earlier.

My concern is that with DA being a busy as it is, I'm not going to get to do everything I want in the two days cause DA will take up a whole day. Should I:
A: Hit one of the parks on my arrival day anyway even though the day is more than half over. I'll get a few attractions out of the way. US open til 8 and IOA til 8 too.
B: Add HHN to one of my park nights, even though I'll be solo and be scared silly. I wouldn't plan on hitting any of the houses, but would do the attractions that are open during HHN to help alleviate all that needs to be done during the day.
C: Stick with the tickets I already have and get done what I can while I can.

It'll be 41.99 to had HHN or add a day (not sure the cost to add a day, but a 1 day 1 park would be $96)

What would you do?

If you aren't planning on doing the houses for HHN, don't waste your money. Only 5-6 attractions are open during the event and none of the HP attractions will be open. Add a day to your tickets.

But if HHN is cheaper to add on and I could get even the 4-5 attractions out of the way, would that not make better sense, financially?

go to guest services when you are in the park during the day.
show your park ticket to get the add on discounted stay and scream hhn ticket.

if you bought your 2 day park to park tickets from UO, you can call to purchase the discounted add on ticket.

give them the confirmation number of your past purchase and they wil look it up to verify.

The two day P2P ticket is $176.99 and the three day P2P is only $10 more. As with that other resort down the street, the longer you stay the cheaper the tickets are.
