Thanks hun! I'm trying to figure out how that will go with the hair style i picked out. I think I might have my hairdresser here try and do it for me to see how i like it and if it'll go well with the veil. I still want alittle something extra in my hair too... like a crystal hair comb or something. I don't want a tiara though just something small to accent the hair!

Maybe try a headband??? My SIL used one and it looked really good!
I'm also going to my hair dresser here to do some trials. I need to see how this tiara thing is going to work out...

Thank Anjanette! I got an email last night confirming that it had been shipped so i'll be running to the mailbox everyday when i get home!

I'm glad you like my little bridal canvas thingy! i have no idea how to make one so i just threw some pictures on there and voila! I'll eventually make a better one, But it was good to see how everything will look together!

So after our little 4th of July shin-dig I noticed something. My aunt, Sister, Dad, and Dad's G/f all asked me how wedding planning was coming along..... DF's brothers, their g/f's, his mothing, and grandfather mentioned not ONE word about it. I'm not surprised but i'm thinking about doing a newsletter with all kinds of info on it... like explaining the difference of value, mod, and deluxe resorts, plane tickets, the advantages of staying on property, ect.

What are your thoughts on this idea? Have any of you done them? How were they precieved? I posted a thread on the main wedding boards asking if anyone has a template they used so i can get some ideas.

I just worked on our newsletter today! Df was worried no one would know what to book or what was going on. I think they came out pretty good...they were done in publisher so if you have that, shoot me a pm and I will email it to you.

I don't have publisher... boooo!.... so i started making my newletter on powerpoint. I got three pages done last night and showed DF.... he said it was really really good but that really the only person who hasn't been to disney in a long time and doesn't understand how it all works is his mom. He thinks that since its an escape wedding and we talk to everyone who is going atleast 3 times a week that maybe it wouldn't be worth it.

The more I thought about it the more it seemed he was right. My family are all Disney freaks... they know about ME and the difference in resorts and how to book a freaking flight. (Lord help me if FDMIL flies with us... i'm going to need to slip her something in her coffee that morning ) So my new thought is maybe to take all the information i would've done in a newsletter and put it into a fun email to her. The only thing that worries me is that the last time i emailed her she acted like she never got it and is still hoping DF and I will change our minds. There is really only so much "nice Katie" left in me before i snap.....

So what are your thoughts? Do you think i should write her a nice email explaining everything or should i continue with the newsletter, or should i say (explitive) it and let her deal with it herself since she isn't being supportive??

okay here is my thought
email could be easier...however can get "lost"

if you do the news letter...first off it could be more fun? ( anything having to do with disney is fun and even if its explaining it to "non-disney" people)

and if you are handing her a hard copy she cant say she never got it
now if she looses it then you can just give her another copy
....or better yet give her two to start with

but if you do the letter could it be looked at as "too much info and too confusing" and can she turn around and say why are you doing this..
...although shes going to do that no matter what


you could just ship her to disney, ill sign for her
