Ad Homecare Management Co.?

I was instructed by an owner to call Ad Homecare to put a credit card deposit down for a home in Windsor Palms yesterday, and I just got a "weird vibe" during the transaction. I can't find a website for them (though a map comes up for Kissimmee with their location0. Also, the name seemed odd, and I've never heard them mentioned on here before. I'm always a little hesitant about these things, so I just thought I'd look for some reassurance.

Has anyone heard of this management company, or dealt with them?

I haven't, but you could call the BBB to see if they have any reports on them.

The management company I most recently dealt with was also a less-well-known one, but everything turned out fine.
