Ok, I’ll dare to ask, so that I can make an informed decision. If we use an ad blocker and neither disable it nor upgrade, what will happen?

And one other question: It appears I am set up to auto-renew. I'd rather have control over that. I assume if I "cancel" I will keep an ad-free experience through the end of the period for which I paid?

For what it is worth, it was not obvious to me that I was buying something that would automatically renew---possibly because I did not read carefully enough. I prefer to be able to opt in to that, but if that's not possible, I definitely want to be able to opt out. I did not see an opportunity to do that. If it is there, it might be worth making it more obvious. If it was not there, it would be nice if it were.

There will be a pop-up banner indicating that you are using an ad blocker with options to either disable it or upgrade. I'm not sure how intrusive it'll be yet.

I just added a line in the description and will disable the recurring payment on my side for your upgrade.

Just paid for ad-free for a year. Then went into my PayPal account settings to disable auto-renew. All set and the boards look much better for me now!

Love this idea, I add tasks to manually renew subscriptions so I keep track of them. However, I can't find it in the list of Automatic Payments section of Settings/Payments.

I'm actually going to disable the auto-renew on the annual plan on my side here on the boards to prevent confusion.

If you don't see the Automatic Payment option in your PayPal account, you probably upgraded after I removed the auto-renewal.

Just upped from a monthly few days evaluation on my part, moved it to an annual. Seems fine.
