Actual Time Room Was Ready

Hi all, we'll be checking in to Aulani later this week and I'm trying to plan our check in day. The Aulani website says villas will be available beginning 4 PM, but in your experience what's been the actual time that your room was ready?

Was there last month and we got a text that it was ready about 3:45pm. Checked in earlier that morning. Not sure if it could have been ready earlier if I would have pressed.

Same experience. Checked in at 11am and didn’t get a text until 3:30pm.

We received the text that our 1 bedroom was ready at 3:42 earlier this summer.

We were there last month as well. Checked in at 1pm. Got a text around 2:32pm.

I guess I must have been one of the lucky ones. I checked in at about 8am, and the room was ready about noonish. Obviously, they didn't need to do that, but maybe I was one of the first ones to check in for the day and was for a studio, so much easier to clean and get ready. I would say it just depends, but room should be ready by 4pm...

I've made no special requests the past two DVC checkins and received rooms before 2pm. every time I've made even minor room requests, 4pm or later.

We checked in on Saturday the 7th around 3:00 both of our rooms were ready. We had a 2 bedroom and a studio. All of my requests were met, I asked for the rooms to be on a high floor in the Ewa building facing the area where the luau was held. Both of our rooms were right next to each other 1673 and 1675, and the view was amazing

I checked in Sunday 8/15 and the room (studio) was ready at 1:05 PM.

We checked in at 10:00 AM on August 17th. Our room was ready at 2:00. We didn’t get a text, I stopped by and asked.
