Is there a list or site that shows actual menu prices instead of a generic price range for the TS places on the dining plan?

If you're looking for buffet prices, check the sticky at the top of this forum. Rusty keeps it up to date.

If you're looking for any other menu prices, allearsnet.com has a great list of menus, but so does this site wdwinfo.com and Disney's website.

Agreed I have found allears.net and wdwinfo.com good sources of menu prices . Plus a good source for checking out menu choices.
