Activity Cancellations

I'm having trouble accessing the Disney site. Can anyone tell me the cancellation policies for excursions and spa treatments, including the Spa Villa? Thanks in advance.

You can cancel online up to 3 days prior to your departure date. Less than 3 days and you can only cancel once you've boarded the ship and may be subject to a cancellation fee.

I got the following off the fine print for spa...nothing specific about the Villa so probably falls into the same category?

Cancellations can be made up to 3 days prior to the cruise departure date. After that time cancellations must be done aboard ship and are subject to cancellation fees.

If I recall correctly a 24 hour notice is the minimum without being charged but not 100% sure. Hope this helps!
