Activities outside of theme parks?

Hi everyone! We're taking a trip at the end of November and will has a few "resort" days. I'm looking for suggestions for activities for our kids, ages 5 & 6. I've looked at the pirates & pals cruise and tea at the grand floridian with the mad hatter. Any other suggestions??? I think I saw there is a pirate cruise that leaves off grand Floridan. What other things are there to do? Where do I find a list of these things???

Disney Quest is a must do for our family --I have gamers.

Down Town Disney also has Splitsville, a movie theater, and TRex is fun for those ages.

Mini-golf and water parks also come to mind.

Pirate Adventure Cruises leaves from GF, CBR, POR, and YC. They're $39 for 2 hours, snacks and drinks provided...well they did in 2011. I don't know if they're still doing snacks and drink.

Hit the Boardwalk! There's entertainment, surrey bikes, and you can walk over to Beaches and Cream at Yacht and Beach for a Kitchen Sink.
