Activities not shown online?

So I know there is SO much to do on the cruises so Ive heard But online really doesnt give you much info I don't feel like other than the off shore excursions, shows, etc. What are some examples of things you can do on the ship that are not on the Disney cruise website? Im so anxious for our April cruise and I need all the info to pass the time!!!!
