Activites at the polynesian for 12 yo girl and 5 yo birthday boy

Hello all!

My family has never stayed at the polynesian before but since my brother went to the Lilo and Stich character breakfast thats the hotel that he wants to visit next so why don't suprise him for his fifth birthday and stay at the polynesian. What are interesting activites at the polynesian. We've stayed at the WL and AKL and wondered what was alike and different...
