Activation of Annual Passes

We will be arriving at the Orlando airport around 7:30pm and taking DME to POR on Sunday night. I have dining reservations for 8:05am the next morning at Tusker House. I know we need to have our APs activated before we can enter AK. My question is, do the ticket windows at the parks open before actual park opening? If so, what time?

I know my other options is to take a boat to DTD but I don't know what time that window is open either. We will be arriving May 10 if that helps.

1. Yes.

2. On days when the park opens at 9AM (and/or AM EMH starts at 8AM) the Guest Relations/Ticket Windows
outside the park will open about 7:30AM.

There are Guest Relations windows outside all of the park gates, as well as inside. Don't go to DTD, there isn't any point in that.

There is always at least one ticket and one Guest Relations window open at each park at least 30 minutes prior to any Guest being allowed in the park. This takes into consideration not only EMH but all pre-opening tours and meals.
