Activating Online Tickets at Disney Springs?

We purchased 1-day tickets online through Disney. My daughter and I both appear to have our tickets linked to our Magic Bands from a trip we took last year. My husband doesn’t have a MB, so would have to get an access card instead, right? Can this be done in Disney Springs at guest relations? I’d rather do this ahead of time than the morning we get to MK.

If we opt to get a Magic Band for my husband and link it prior to our visit, what’s the most inexpensive option?

@mesaboy2 thanks for the quick reply! Does this include at the Resorts? We're staying off-site and the closest Disney hotel to us is AKL.

The resorts do not have GRs. You may be thinking of concierge services.

Yes.
And, the resort concierge can issue plastic RFID card tickets.

HOWEVER, if you have purchased on-line tickets, and don't have a MagicBand you don't have to go anywhere but the entrance gates
of a theme park.
Have the confirmation number of the ticket(s) with you, and when you get to the gate, a CM can issue your new RFID plastic card ticket(s) right there.

BTW, I would not want to do the "tickets issued at the park gate" option IF you are planning to arrive during the very busy "first thing in the morning" park rush.
(I would not want to slow down those other guests waiting to enter behind me.)

But, if you will be arriving at the gate NOT during the "morning rush,"
getting the ticket at the gate should not be a problem.

If you're headed to Disney Springs the night before, why not just pick up a magic band for your husband at one of the stores? That way you can link his ticket to his new band (since I'm assuming it shows in MDE) and bypass guest services altogether?
