Activating Dining Plan - Split Stay

I have looked high and low for an answer to this question but so far I'm coming up empty handed.

We have an eight night vacation booked from March 21-29 we have a split stay where we are staying the first two nights at Pop Century, and the remaining six at Caribbean Beach. We only bought the dining plan for our Caribbean Beach portion of the vacation. The issue is that we do not want to travel to Caribbean beach before heading to the parks for the day but we want to make use of our dining plan. Can we activate our dining plan without first visiting the resort? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!!!

You need to check out of your first resort. As in, actually go to the front desk and have them check you out.

If you've completed onilne-check-in for the second resort, you should be good to go.
