Activating APs?

We received our green AP vouchers, now where do we go to activate them, does anyone know? Can we do it at Guest Relations at DTD or even better at SSR? We're arriving late on Saturday and will want to activate on Sunday...

Unfortuanately you can't activate it at SSR, but you can go to any Guest Relations window at the parks or DTD to activate it.

I stayed @SSR and it was quick & easy to go over to GR @DTD and get them activated there. We are early risers and were actually at the GR offcie right when they opened. Took no more than 2 minutes.

That's I'm not positive about. I went on a Monday morning. I thought they were M-F, hopefully someone can answer this one for sure.

GR is not open the entire time that DTD is. DTD is open until approx 11pm (or later for P.I.) but GR closes earlier than that.

Just a FYI: I was going to activate my AP at Epcot, guest relations. Then, I decided to check to see if I could wait until October trip to activate because I know I have no plans to go between my 'just returned from' trip and October.

So, yes, they said no problem BUT they decided to check my voucher.When she plugged in my DVC member number...it came up as being someone else's number?????? And after spending 20 minutes at the window while she kept plugging in my membership number with the same result...I left and told her that she could get back to me when she figured it out.

Not sure why/what happened and I was planning on not activating it anyway...but just be prepared for glitches like that and try to activate them with time to spare in case you have the same problem. (And yep, Sunday it might be hard for GS to contact anyone should there be a glitch.)
