Activating AP

I think I remember this from a few years ago, but refresh my memory. You can't activate an Annual Pass at Downtown Disney, can you? It has to be at one of the 4 parks, right?

You can activate your annual pass at Downtown Disney. At Guest Relations, either on the West Side next to Wetzel's Pretzel's, or at the Marketplace between Team Mickey and Arribas Brothers.
