Activating AP voucher???

I have an AP voucher that I need to activate. We are arriving on a Monday evening around 8pm and EMH at MK is the next morning. Does anyone know if the window that handles this will be open so that I can get this done before going into EMH OR should I stop by DTD on the way from the airport and get it activated there since they are open late???
