Activating ap at mgm

Where do I go to activate my ap at MGM? How long is the process?
Thanks! I only have 2 days to go. I can't believe I didn't think about this sooner!

You go to the regular ticket window. Once you get to the window it doesn't take long at all. It's just getting through the line that can take a bit...

Just to be a bit more specific, to the left of the row of turnstiles (after the security checkpoint, but still before entering the park) is a green building with silver trim. It took me about 15 minutes (during the midday rush no less) to wade through the line, but less than 5 minutes to get our 3 APs activated. It was very easy, so hakuna matata.

Does anyone know if you can upgrade your AP to an PAP at the parks?

After buying our AP's, we desided to stay longer and hit both waterparks and DQ. I know that I can upgrade at DTD the night before but would really love to take care of it on our first true day in the park.

I don't know for sure but I would imagine so. You can probably do that at the ticket windows.
