Activating AP and then buying tickets at the gate - anything I need to know?

We hope to get to USF by noon - I will need to activate my AP voucher - where do I go? Any tips?

I also will need to buy 2 1 day/2 park tickets for my nephews and get my AP discount on them - do they need to wait outside the gates for me? How long do you think all this will take?

My DD and her BF are using 5 day passes that we already have and my sis and her little DS are using the comp 1 day USF tickets that DS and I got years ago for helping with a promotion.

I have always had my tickets purchased in advance, so I'm hoping some of you USF experts can 'talk me through' the process of where to go, etc. - I hate spending valuable 'fun time' standing around trying to figure out what I'm supposed to do!

At USF go to Guest Services to the right of the entrance neat the Lost and Found. At IOA go to Guest Services which is to the left of the entrance just past the lockers.

As far as buying extra tix you technically do not have an AP until you get the plastic card. I guess it depends on who is at the window.

When you get your mugshot for the AP, the line may look long, but it seems to move fast. I stood in an AP line when it was to the door and I was in and out in 5 minutes.
