Activating AP and purchasing TiW

We will be arriving at 11:00 AM taking ME to BWV and dining at BRG before heading over to Studios. I want to use the TiW card at BRG. Which would be the quickest GR for me to pick up TiW and activate my AP? Can I get the TiW at Epcot IG or should I run over to Studios? Thanks

International Gateway for sure.

At the IG, you will need to use the window to the left which is Guest Relations. GR can activate the AP and sell you a TiW Card. Ticket Windows (to the right at the IG) can activate the AP but can't sell the TiW card.

I did mine at International Gateway. It is a quick walk from BWV. One window (left) and both transaction were handled and the was no line when I went in October-15.
