Acronyms

I consider myself fairly intelligent... However, some of these acronyms I can't figure out...

Is there a thread that explains them all? I'm a techie by trade, and have acronyms for everything... but these... argh!

For example... IPO... For the life of me I can't figure it out... CS? CM? POTD?

Being a techie has nothing to so with this board. Those are Disney abbreviations that may cause you to scratch your head. I think IPO has something to do with concierge accomodations. CS is probably Coronado Springs, CM is a Cast Member which is what Disney calls their employees. POTD is probably supposed to be POTC=Pirates of the Carribbean. At the bottom of the list of forums, there is a Technical support section, and you can use the search to find threads about acronyms. See if this works, I'm not a techie and I didn't try it, just wrote it on a piece of paper for you.

I went to the Resorts board and put in IPO as a search item. It does have something to do with the concierge services. I suggest going to the Disney Resorts Board and ask there, it's read by more people than this one.

I.P.O. Itinerary Planning Office?? That is my guess.

IPO = Island Planning Office It's the concierge at the Polynesian Resort.
