Acronyms and noobs

I know there is a listing for the acronyms here on the newbie page but I still feel sorry for any noobs (myself being one) out there when they see--

I want to make an ADR for CRT at MK for my DS and DD on an EMH day during the MNSSHP and the F&W festival. We will be leaving from CSR using DT. When should I be calling CRO? TIA.
