Acquiring a replacement toy when home?

Guys, I hope I have come to the correct place to post this. We just got back from WDW this morning and my little boys naturally wanted to dive back into their toys. We had purchased 2 of the Buzz "Helicopter" type men that are hooked to a string. However, one of this is humming and the rotors are not spinning. We just bought them yesterday, so I still checked the batteries and that did not make an impact.

Is there somewhere to contact to try to purchase another, even though they appear to be specific to the Parks? We purchased it yesterday at TSL in HS, naturally.

You might call the Disney Store and see if they will replace it if you just purchased it.

Do you have the receipt? You can call and they can possibly send you a new one. Last time I did it they wanted the code off the receipt I had

Should not be a problem if you contact the Merchandise Guest Services listed about. I've gotten home and have had the backs of pins fall off as soon I took the Mickey Head cover off the back (brand new on the cardboard), and had no issue getting them replaced.

LOL...this was actually my first idea about how to handle it!

I contacted them this morning and they are going to ship a new one out today! Thank you erionm for the contact numbers.

NOTE: They do advise that you save your receipts, because there is a 30 day policy and they may ask for a proof of purchase when you call in!

If you have a receipt call the number on the receipt. They will likely replace it. My daughter bought a banshee and once we got home and put batteries in it, it did not make sounds. They shipped us another with a box to ship the old one back.
