ACK, online says my passes have expired

We purchased APs in Dec. of last year. We were told they are good until Dec. 16th of 2015.

I just tried to log them in online and they all are coming back as "this annual pass has expired."

Is there a glitch?

I will call on Monday, but what in the world?

By any chance did you upgrade from any ticket or another AP?

yes, we upgraded from a 3 day pass.

When was that pass first used?

The back of your new AP should state the transaction date. That may help to determine what may be going on. If your tickets were just standard tickets that were first used in December, there has been an error. If your tickets were perhaps Costco tickets that were first used earlier, there may not be an error.

It may also just be a log in error of some sort.

The back says the transaction date was Dec. 4, 2014.

I just got off the phone and they said they are fixing it. I will log in tonight and see if it has been corrected. No way I want to drive all the way down there if they don't work!

These are the Power passes. I am still confused on block out dates. So, Power Passes block out dates for non-FL resident folks is different? I can still get in to Islands of Adventure in the beginning of August? It is only FL residents who are restricted from both parks until Aug. 13th?

I didn't even realize the blockout dates were different between type of PP.
