Once again you've out done yourself with an awesome update and pictures.

We stayed for the Street Jam on Saturday night. Looks like it was pretty similar on Sunday night. I loved when the ladies did the jailhouse number from Chicago. I had that tune in my head for days afterward. Of course my friend had to explain most of the references they were making about the men that had jilted them.

So glad everything went well for you on Sunday. I was so afraid you'd run into the mother of LMLAMISS and the wife of the bus driver from Hades. They must have been elsewhere wreaking havoc on someone elses vacation.

Can't wait to read more but I'm sad that your trip is coming to an end.

When I took vacation last year, I hung out with my grandma everyday, and she is an ABC soap fan. No matter what was going on, at 4PM we had to be back at the house so that she could watch General Hospital. I have to admit, I became a teeny bit addicted myself.

I can't believe you are down to your last day at WDW.

Another great update and as an AMC soap fan, I really appreciate it (I probably should not admit this but I've watched them from when they first started airing--Erika was in high school--oh the horror of being this old!). It's almost like I got to go with you!!!

And I did not know that Starr and Matthew were true life brother/sister. So not only is your TR entertaining, it's educational.

Again, Thorsten Kaye and Michael Easton.... They get my heart to thumpin'!!!! Wow!!! I would love to go to that just to see them!! If I met them, I know I'd just die!!!! I wouldn't even be able to speak.

I loved that pic of Caleb and Livvie. Thank you!! I loved PC. Wish it was still on.

I did have to repaint the door due to my antics with the suitcase. Had to use a little perfetape (sp?) mud too on the dent.... Not gud.... Oh well. We don't live there anymore!

It looks like you had a really good time! That place would be a dream for a soap fan!

I forgot to mention in my first post after this update about Spinelli. I just had to comment that I think he's added so much to GH. I know I'm just not as interested in watching on the days when he's not on there. I'm so glad to hear that he's just as funny in real life as he is in character.

And when I read Carly Jax, I had to re-read what you wrote 3 times. That still seems so wrong.

I just had to post, I found your trip report yesterday and just finished reading everyword this morning. It snowed here in New England ( I am a PATS fan don't hate me) and could not have thought of a better way to spend my weekend.

Hey Tracy! Great SSW updates! Wow! "Rex" is a hottie! So it seems that "Todd" isn't friendly in person either? What a great weekend for you two. (Except for a couple incidences!) Hi Michelle!! You are right about it being a long day, but we seem to like it because we are going for the 3rd year in a row. I can't believe I am almost at the end either .

I used to be a huge fan of NBC soaps back in the late 80's ... I can't imagine how excited I would have been for a NBC super soap weekend type thing!

I think it is awesome! I even recognized some of the ABC characters from reading Soap Opera Digest way back when (I was a a BIG fan ) ... !

Hi Ricky's Girl, you are too sweet!! You put that "they had it coming" song right back in my head . No we didn't run into the mother of LMLAMISS, but I think the grandma was the one that tried to run Bill over . I am sad too, I will probably have it done by the end of this week .

Hi Monica!! "Todd" is friendly, but he just focuses on the fast pass people and I can understand that . LOL, I don't have Bill trained, more like he has me trained. He mentions going somewhere especially Disney and I am "WHEN, WHEN, WHEN!!"

He used to see the soaps with his mom when he was little.

I recognize the "veterans" from OLTL, but I was really into GH in high school and I'm sorry to say that I don't recognize a single GH actor that was there! *Sigh* --Time changes everything I guess. But, it's not boring at all...you're doing a great job explaining it to us clueless folk (!)

Kassie sounds so very sweet, as does Michael Knight. I'm glad you both got some great pixs with them! And how gorgeous is Susan Lucci?? Amazing.

Wow...kudos to you, Bill...I think I would feel extremely claustrophobic if I was sitting down low in a w/c with all those rabid fans crowding around me! Ugggh! (Too bad your Dad couldn't rig some sort of device that would give someone's butt an electric shock if it sat on your tray!)

Hi Kathy . There were no older GH actors there sadly, just the younger ones. Kassie was so sweet we are going to see her again in Nashville in June at her fan club breakfast. She really made an impression on Bill. I had emailed her after SSW thanking her again for how wonderful she was to us and she emailed us back.

Bill handles everything with ease. I am nervous enough for both of us . Bill loved your idea about the electric shock, the bad thing is I would be getting zapped all the time (although not for sitting on the tray, I would snap it in two).

There is almost nothing worse than waking up knowing it is your last full day in Disney World . We slept in because we had Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party that night. We finally got up, got ready, and I didn’t even want to open our hotel room door because I knew this would be there:

I hate the Magical Express envelope, hate it – hate it – hate it!! We left it on the table cursing at it as we went out the door. We decided to walk around Pop for a bit. I had to get a pic of Bill by the 1970 sign:

We decided to head to Magic Kingdom. Here is Bill on the last ride to the parks:

We made our way into the Magic Kingdom and just took it all in. I wanted to stare at everything. Neither Bill nor I can remember eating anywhere else but the Crystal Palace at 4:30pm, but I know we had to have.

We decided to give the Jungle Cruise a try because I had never been on it and Bill couldn’t remember it. The wait was long, but not that long. Here is Bill on the boat before other people got on:

On the way back toward the middle of MK we stopped for a quick picture:

We had asked where to pick up our MVMCP wristbands and were told to go to the Rose Garden, it is so beautiful there.

It was also crazy there, people were trying to cut in line, some people had no clue of what to do, but the line moved quickly thank goodness. It was almost time for our ADR’s.

On the way back toward Crystal Palace, I took this:

I checked in and it wasn’t long until we were called. I thought I would take a couple of pictures as we were following the hostess, but it irked her, she kept telling me I should take them later. I was right behind her and Bill I didn’t understand her aggravation . We sat down next to a family from Italy. I loved listening to them talk.

The waitress explained how everything worked and how the characters would be coming around. We went up to the buffet so I could prepare Bill’s plate and mine too. After we got settled it was time for the characters to come around.

Pooh was the first to visit us and I went to take a picture of him and Bill, but the Italian mom wouldn’t have any of it, she said I should be in the picture too, so she took our camera and took pictures of us with all the characters. I thanked her over and over again.

With Bill’s Cerebral Palsy he has a startle reflex; I always try not to walk up behind him so that I don’t scare him. I was trying to keep track of all the characters when Tigger bounced up behind us and scared us both.

Then Piglet finally showed up:

All in all it was a good character experience. Bill said he thought the food was average, it is very loud there, but what do you expect with all the kids. We might go back someday, it is not one of our favorites though.
