I know it was bad, but something made me do it!!PALental rights-that's a good one!![]()
Hi LinnieI love the fish & chips at England. We had a bird steal one off our table once when we were eating outdoors. At the same meal, Trey was holding a french fry up while he was eating it and a bird snatched that too. He was so sad. He looked at me and said, "French fry's all gone Mommy!"He looked like he lost his best friend.

Thank you, I am lucky with the pictures. I take way too many, but then I have a lot to choose from.I love your pictures! You do a great job. Buzz thinks he's an excellent photographer, but I think I'm better.![]()
It's hard to forget and get over ignorance. We were in the store yesterday and Trey was standing in the middle of the very wide aisle that is perpendicular to the check outs. I wasn't paying attention to him too closely as I was chatting with the checker. I heard this voice saying, "Excuse me!" I didn't pay attention to it. Then I heard it a few more times, gradually getting louder. I looked over and she'd pushed her cart right up behind Trey, who at that moment was "zoning out" staring at something that caught his eye. I said, "Trey, come over here please." She pushed her cart so close up behind him that he fell over it in his rush to get to me. The lady shook her head and pursed her lips and was clearly annoyed like Trey did it on purpose.
I never saw how rude and ignorant people were until I got together with Bill. That woman had no right to act that way to Trey, you are so much more patient than I probably would have been. What was her problem pushing the cart so close to him like that? I want to shake her.It took all the patience I could muster not to walk over to her and explain that he's disabled and she had PLENTY of room for her cart. I don't know why she pushed it right up behind him like that. The aisle was totally empty when he walked out there-he was there first. There was tons of room on either side of him. She could've gotten two carts side by side past him on either side! Maybe she was trying to prove something, but I don't know what it could've been.
I can only imagine what you had to say to him and he deserved every word of the tongue lashing.I also had an incident where this guy was yelling at Trey in a toy store. I rushed over there and he wasn't doing anything but watching his daughter ride one of those little rides by the exit. As soon as I got there, he started talking all sweetly to Trey. I didn't confront him, but what I did to him later well, let's just say I probably shouldn't repeat it on a forum. I think it was kind of bad.![]()
Yes, it just seems more people are rude these days and that is sad.Buzz had a friend who very mean to my friend that was disabled-story for another time. I made a complete idiot of myself b/c of this jerk.It gets me all revved up when people are rude like that, but I guess no matter what people can be rude even if one isn't disabled.
Bill has gone insane with the pins. He is on a muppets kick right now. I will have to post all the pins we have acquired since we got back from Disney. I bought myself one that is a lime green mickey head, I had to have it.Love your pins. We are about a month out from our DL trip. Reading your TR makes me soooo excited to get back to Disney!!
I can't wait to read your DL trip report. I replied to your PM.
