Accurate queue times

Hello,

I have noticed alot on peoples reports etc that the queuing times are often inccorrect ie-Time posted was 20mins but we waited 5mins max.

I appreciate that exact to the second times are impossible but are they often that far out?

I cant say on my Oct '02 I noticed any posted times at all but it was very quiet at most of the parks so it wasnt an issue.

Its not usually too bad... Last easter though it was quite bad because the wait time for TOT at MGM said 20mins but we ended up queing over an hour, other times though it swings the other way and it could have said 1 hour and you would only queue 30 mins or so.

Just came back at the weekend and we mostly found that the wait times were not as long as was posted at the ride. Like Spiderman, had 45 minute wait posted, but we only waited around 25 minutes. Some things which had a 5 or 10 minute wait time were usually more or less walk on.

In my experience they are normally half as long as stated.
I guess the parks do this to put people off certain rides, thus enabling the queue to thin out...
