I'm having problems with MS getting my 2 contract point allocations in sync:headache:

cliff notes of my rather convulted booking:

had home resort booked (WL) then switched to AK @ 7 months, with subsequent waitlist for partial coming thru correct # of points not needed for AK value studio put back into WL account

few months later, eliminated 1 day from end of ressie to book DCL 3 day via cash correct # of points put back into WL account

a month ago, eliminated 2 days from front of ressie to stay onsite @ Universal, incorrect points put back into WL account...

they put MORE points into WL than i wanted, taking 1 day's worth of points from other contract:confused3 BW to secure the ressie?!? still can't figure out why they did that since it was never in the equation in the 1st place


so now i don't have enough points in BW contract to make next ressie @ end of the month @ 11 month window:headache:

i've called three times, including today & asked the CMs to manually switch out the points...each time i've been told it would be "fixed"

If today's phone call doesn't do the trick, who should i ask to speak to?popcorn::
 
Call Joy at Member satisfaction! Actually, I would probably send an email to member satisfaction first.
 
You can also ask to speak with a supervisor if MS gives you the same response on your next call. It sounds like something they just need to correct manually but no one has yet taken the time.

We had a slightly similar problem. Called today. The MS person said he would fill out the paperwork to fix the problem. He said it normally takes 2 or 3 days for the change to show up on the web site.

thank u for posting, will wait a few days before calling then if it isn't corrected on website
 
called yesterday, issue still wasn't fixed:headache:

the CM wanted to refer me back to last CM that i had spoken to:rolleyes1 to determine why it hadn't been accomplished

i insisted on speaking to a supervisor, who apologized profusely and stated if similar issue ever happens again; to contact them immediately and request to be connected w/sr staff:thumbsup2
