Not impressed with the new Dues billing system this year. I sent a check in early January to pay my bill on time, only to be completely annoyed last weekend when I was trying to plan our next family vacation online and had no access! An alert popped up to call Member Accounting. When I finally heard back from someone, I was told that the new billing system posted my payment to someone else's account. Perhaps they need to do more testing before going "live" with our payments!
