This is proving a challenge so I need all the help I can get.

The five of us are heading back to WDW in June for the first time as DIY. So is SIL (family of 4) and also MIL(family of 2 OAP ;) ). So the demands and likes for all three families might be difficult to satisfy.
Places that do breakfast have came up high on the list, along with kichen facilities and LBV location.

Anyone any experience of Extended Stay Deluxe LBV ?

Those of you good at sourcing deals the links/prices would be appreciated :)

Thanks. Our dates are 22 June to 10th July currently for LBV.
Praying, though I think it is in vain for a deal to come up for Universal as we are hoping to go back to Hard Rock Hotel. This time for 3 nights instead of 2 so these dates are 10th - 13th July.

Quality Suites LBV is another that has popped up while searching accomodation that I would be interested to hear folks views :)

Best I can find Reid is Embassy Suites at LBV, Is it one you have considered?
http://www.embassysuiteslbv.com/accommodations.htm

Available with Monarch.co.uk who I used twice last year at £775.25 less 5% Quidco http://www.quidco.com/monarch-hotels/
Total for 1 suite £737.49 or £40.92/night

Same site for ESD is £864.86 less 5% = £821.62 or £45/65/night

Qulaity suited on there a little more money.
At around £57/night (less Quidco) you start with the popular places like Blue Heron resort or Buena Vista Suites but didn't look at facilities to see what is included.

Did you find better prices? When you decide give me a shout I will check my list and see if anywhere is cheaper.

Edit just re-read your post, saw kitchen facilities, doubt Embassy will be any good then, its not a feature I look for.

You are right about Embassy suites the lack of facilities meant we discounted it.
Quality Suites I think Travel Republic had for around £930. DW likes the freedom of the kitchen. Though it is myself that does the cooking. Quite a few times we will bring back a pizza or a rotisserie chicken. So nice to have a table for dining, plates etc.
Quality Suites so far is the favourite unless we find similar for a better price :)

Quality suites are slightly better on Monarch at £951.30 less 5% = £903.73

Looks to be best value for that type of room just now. Seems a bit expensive to me but I couldn't pay £200 extra to have kitchen/table, I would eat on the bed rather than pay that:rotfl2:

Will let you know if I see anything else.

This is completely leftfield, because it's nowhere near LBV, but WDW is easily accessible via the new Western Beltway, it's brand new and it's coming in at under $83 a night for your dates for a one-bed suite ($93 for a two-bed and $113 for a three-bed). They're offering 4 nights for the price of 3 with the Orlando Magicard, which brings the two-bed price down to $83 per night and the three-bed to $100 per night (use the code MAGIC).

Each one, two and three bedroom luxury suite features a large and fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, dining room, two full baths with the master bedroom featuring an oversized tub. In addition each suite is elegantly appointed with large flat screen TV's washer and dryer, iron and ironing board and a large private balcony.

Palisades Resort, Orlando

It might be completely out of the question, due to it's location, but it seems like a lot of hotel for the price to me.

did you look at sheraton vistana?
you can get good rates for them via dreams unlimited.

Also, the buena vista suites, though i'm not sure if that one has a kitchen.

Beth, thanks for the suggestion. I have never seen SV come in at anything like the other properties.

Deb I don't know much about the West side and suspect that for the others this will be outside the area they want to be. However I have saved this for the future :goodvibes

We stayed at the Extended Stay in LBV for 3 weeks, and it was excellent! Really big rooms, huge fridge/freezer and a decent enough free brekkie (cereals, fruit, pastrys and drinks). Great location for local restaurants and DTD. We tried to book it on our last trip, but there was no availability left for our dates.
Couldn't recommend it highly enough! :thumbsup2
