Accommodations for sit down meals

My wife has an immune system disease and would most likely qualify for an accommodation at the parks however she will never ask so that is a non starter.

My question has to do with sit down meals. Her illness has caused damage to her esophagus and it makes eating very difficult. There is no way she could eat a full adult meal. Is there any chance she would be allowed to order from the children’s menu?

She will not finish that meal either.

Would she need to bring medical documentation
I think if it is a none all you can eat please then it will be more likely a yes. I have order off a kids menu at QS places with no question asked

They wont look at medical documentation, so that won’t matter.
I would suggest ordering an appetizer as suggested at sit down restaurants. That is what my mom did on our trip in December. For Prix fixe restaurants she just ate an appetizer, but we were still charged full price. At QS no one cares who you are ordering for.
