Accidentally deleted email PIN offer

I received a PIN through email last month. I must have accidentally deleted it because it is no longer in my "inbox". Will I be able to call Disney travel and have then locate the PIN code for me?

You should no problem... I even booked with a PIN I never got over e-mail!

I just called and asked them to see if I had one. And I did!

I don't want to sound dumb...or be obnoxious...but I'm 20 and have only personally booked 2 trips to disney world (both through disneyworld.com), all other trips have been through my family, but I have been wondering and wondering how do you get emailed/see if you have PINs? Where do they come from? How do you earn them? What are they for? LOL...I've been dying to know, because I booked through disneyworld.com "special offers" before...but what are these PINs everyone speaks of?!!
