Accessing Reservations on the Internet

I have had trouble accessing a phone reservation I made, via Disney's website. Has anyone else had this trouble? It's a little discomforting to go on their website and have them tell me my reservation doesn't exist!

It used to be that you could only access reservations MADE online, but I have read recently that you can now access all reservations. Maybe you should call and ask them and they can direct you.

I made my reservation by phone as well. I went to see if I could access mine online, and it shows the dates only. I am not sure when you tried, but if you look under "My Reservations" section it states:

"Sorry, we are unable to display all the details of your itinerary at this time. Please phone the Call Center at (407) 939-1289†. An agent will be happy to assist you."

I don't know if this helps or not.

I made my reservation over the phone in Aug 2003 for our trip in Feb 2004. Several times during the ensuing months, I tried to access the reservation over the computer and I received the same message every time. I'm convinced you just can't do it!

Yep, I've had the same experience. I get the dates but no details~tells me to give them a call.

I made my reservations on the phone and was able to input the info but kept getting the message "this reservation has been cancelled". I have seen that others had the same thing.
