I made my reservation by phone as well. I went to see if I could access mine online, and it shows the dates only. I am not sure when you tried, but if you look under "My Reservations" section it states:
"Sorry, we are unable to display all the details of your itinerary at this time. Please phone the Call Center at (407) 939-1289. An agent will be happy to assist you."
I don't know if this helps or not.
