Accessing Monorail from BW

I apologize if this has been answered. Is there a way to avoid traveling through EPCOT to go from BW to monorail to TTC? Would be great if there was a walkway around. Don't want to use a park ressie for EPCOT when I want to go to MK. Will be in an ECV and want to take advantage of non-bus transportation.
