When you make your purchase do they actually assign you a passport number with your confirmation email, or is that given when you take the pass to the parks to activate it? I don't know what's on the annual passholder website, but it'd be nice to be able to see it before I visit. Unfortunately you need a passport number to register an account.

I haven't printed mine out yet, so I'm not sure exactly what's on the voucher, but I spoke to a CM at ticketing and she told me that you cannot access the AP holder area on the website until after you activate your pass. Also if you have a Premium AP you'll still have to pay for parking until you activate it, then you show the gate person your receipt and AP and they will refund you for parking. I'll activate mine tomorrow so we'll see how that goes.

Until you have the pass in hand from the park, you cannot log into the AP website.

Just so you know, I bought my Premium AP online and showed the parking CM my printed voucher. He let me in without paying. Not saying it will work for you, but you could ask.

I'll try that, thanks. Everything is packed and ready to go, my voucher is on the end table near the door for me to grab on the way out. Can't wait! Now I just have to go to sleep.

How does that work with the Mickey Trick or Treat party? We are going in September and were thinking of going if there is one the last week of September. When we went in 2009 we got a lone annual pass for the discount & early access to the Halloween party tickets, and we had immediate access to the AP site even though we didn't activate until our vacation. I got an AP again yesterday (I was on the fence until the price increases were announced lol) Will I be able to get tickets this time before we go?
