Accessible Hot Tub? anyone have one?

My girlfriend has to replace her hot tub and she wants one her mother can get in and out of safely - if that exists. Her gripes are steps that are too deep, nothing to hold onto, bad steps on the outside of the tub, edges are too narrow or slippery to sit on when sliding into hot tub...'

any ideas DISers? I've told her you are the source of all good information.
