Carolyn, you might try posting this on the Disney Vacation Club board, too. There are a lot of experts on the various villas there.
We haven't stayed at the Boardwalk Villas but at the Beach Club Villas we stayed in a 2 bedroom lockoff unit in which both the studio and master bedrooms were accessible. Both had wheel-in showers and the master also had the whirlpool . My guess is that Boardwalk Villas would have accessible studios, too. Oh, we also stayed in a unit at Vero beach in which the studio was accessible. too.
I don't know the answer for sure either ( I do know for sure that there are acessible rooms of every size and type at all the DVCs). My guess is that in a 2 bedroom, the whole thing would be accessible.
If no one here or on the DVC board knows, you could try MS if you are a DVC member or WDW RESORTS/SPECIAL RESERVATIONS

Thanks for the responses. My parents will be joining us in March. They will be in the studio portion. My mom needs something to sit down on in the shower, hence the need for the studio to be accessible, but we want our 1-br to have the whirlpool . I am encouraged by what BCV23 said about there still being a whirlpool in the master.
I will post this question on the DVC board, also. I wanted to try here first. Thanks.
Oh, for sure the master bath still has the whirlpool. We have stayed in an accessible room at OKW, but we were in the master bedroom part, so I'm not sure exactly how the other bathroom was set up exactly.
