Access to Theme Park Reservations

We are APs and have a trip planned for December 13-16. I have tried several times to make park reservations but I keep getting bumped back to a page asking for my email again. I can log into MDE without any problem, just not the theme park reservations.

Do we still need to make theme park reservations? Or is this a glitch in the system? Is anyone else having this problem?

Yes park reservations are still required for AP ticket holders that want to enter a park before 2 PM or for MK on Saturday & Sundays. Do you have an on-site stay booked or off-site?

Here are a few things I have found that cause issues:
Do you an active AP or an AP voucher that you will activate when you arrive, if a voucher check the expiry date.
If have an AP, log out of mde, restart browser (shut it down), go back to browser, log in, and try again.
Make sure your “basket” is empty.
If you don’t have hotel reservation, Do you have another trip planned, have you exceeded 5 park reservations?
