Access to Member Services - Accounting?

Am I the only one having trouble reaching Accounting in Member Services to pay my dues? It goes to busy as soon as I select that option from the opening menu.

I was given Amex gift cards and wanted apply them as well as the regular credit card.... didn't think I could use multiple sources online... I'll check.

I just looked..... If I wanted to pay the entire amount on one card now, online would work. Since I want to use up an Amex gift card as well, there is no way to enter the value of the Amex gift card.

Oh well..... I'll keep trying.

Can you save the GC for your next DVC stay and use a point earning CC to pay your dues?

I did not have any trouble getting thru to accounting on Friday. I had about a minute wait.

Hope you were able to get thru!

I had the same problem on Monday afternoon about 4:45 PM Eastern. Eventually I was able to get through and make my payment. Like you, I was using a gift card (although Disney not Amex) and was making a partial payment so there was no way to pay online.
 
I got the busy signal Monday afternoon too.called back and had maybe a 10 minute wait.

You could also fax your gift card info instead of calling.
 
There's no penalty until after February 14. I'm just waiting another week or two before I call. I want to use a rewards card so I can't do it online either.

I was putting only part of my Dues on the Disney Visa, the rest on Amex gift cards and rebate Amex cards I had received from other sources. Since my Visa cycle closed 1/14, I could then use the rewards earned on the first part to pay the remaining balance....

They did say Disney Gift cards were taking about a week to credit, and that even though I called in with credit cards, and even though they gave me confirmation numbers for the transactions, they also wouldn't credit my DVC account for a few days because of their backlog.

There must be something wrong because I opted for the monthly payment and it was not taken out today. I confirmed I was all set a couple of weeks ago and they said everything was ready to go.

I've been trying to reach them today and get a busy signal constantly. I certainly hope they don't cancel my ressie for May because they haven't taken the payment. Ugh!!!

Don't worry. Every January, auto payments are taken out on the 15th instead of the 1st.
 
Yes and today is the 15th and the funds have not been taken out yet. :)
The day isn't over yet! I've been using monthly debit for a few years now. My January debit hasn't occurred yet. Check your bank transactions again tomorrow.
 
I just went on the website to pay our dues using the Disney Visa and it says online payment is not available 1/15/15-1/17/15. That seems a little odd, since today is the due date. Guess I hang on to our $$ a little longer.
 
Well I just checked my account this morning and no deduction has occurred. I'll check again in a couple of hours and if nothing has happened, I'll call MS. What a pain!

I'd wait even longer than that. I just looked again, and now it isn't even pending. Money hasn't been taken, it is no where to be seen. I would assume it was a 'see if the money is available' thing. Same thing happened when I bought Southwest tickets a few months ago. First it was pending then it was gone, 4 or 5 days later the money was finally taken out.
 
If you log in and look at the transaction history under dues you'll see the payment for 1/15. Mine still hasn't actually come out of my bank account.
 
hmmm- mine was set to come out yesterday too, and under my transaction history doesn't show anything was taken out.
