I just looked..... If I wanted to pay the entire amount on one card now, online would work. Since I want to use up an Amex gift card as well, there is no way to enter the value of the Amex gift card.
Oh well..... I'll keep trying.

I had the same problem on Monday afternoon about 4:45 PM Eastern. Eventually I was able to get through and make my payment. Like you, I was using a gift card (although Disney not Amex) and was making a partial payment so there was no way to pay online.Am I the only one having trouble reaching Accounting in Member Services to pay my dues? It goes to busy as soon as I select that option from the opening menu.
There's no penalty until after February 14. I'm just waiting another week or two before I call. I want to use a rewards card so I can't do it online either.
There must be something wrong because I opted for the monthly payment and it was not taken out today. I confirmed I was all set a couple of weeks ago and they said everything was ready to go.
Don't worry. Every January, auto payments are taken out on the 15th instead of the 1st.

Well I just checked my account this morning and no deduction has occurred. I'll check again in a couple of hours and if nothing has happened, I'll call MS. What a pain!
